Correspondence.
iii. where to write and what to sayOne address, read by the people who wrote the software. If you use any of our applications and something is wrong, missing, or just not as good as it could be — tell us.
Post
We read every letter ourselves. There is no queue, no ticket number, no intermediate form to fill. As a rule we answer within a day; in a bad week, two.
Write to us about
- A defect in one of our applications.
- A thing the application does that isn't quite right.
- A thing it doesn't do that you wish it did.
- An account or a subscription matter.
- A question that doesn't fit any of the above.
If you are reporting a defect
A useful letter mentions:
- The application and its version — found in Settings, usually at the bottom.
- The device and its operating system — for instance, iPhone 15 on iOS 18.3.
- What you were doing when the thing went wrong.
- What happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
- A screenshot, if one is relevant.
None of these are required. We can make sense of almost any letter. But the more you tell us, the sooner we can do something about it.
